A private page where this customer sees their quotes, approves them with their name, and sees their jobs and invoices. It shows only your business name, logo, color and contact info. Send them the link yourself.

No review emails go to this customer. They can also unsubscribe with the link in any email.

Customers pick a service and an open time on your own booking page. Each request shows on your calendar for you to confirm or decline. The page shows only your business name, logo, color and phone.

Your price-list services for the trades you offer. Tick the ones customers can book, and set how long each takes plus an optional buffer (travel, cleanup). Add or change services in Business settings › Services & prices.
Working hours
Rules
A start time is offered only when the whole job (its length) fits inside your working hours and the job plus its buffer doesn't overlap anything else. Each confirmation page gives the customer a private link to reschedule or cancel; changes show on your calendar and in Activity.
Spam: there's no CAPTCHA yet. Requests are checked (fields, sizes, times) and bots that fill a hidden field are dropped, but someone determined could still send fake requests. Turn booking off anytime.

Where do I find it?
Sign in to your Google Business Profile (search your business name on Google while signed in), then look for “Ask for reviews” or “Get more reviews” and copy the link. It usually looks like https://g.page/r/…/review. Google's wording changes now and then.
Every customer with a completed job gets the same message. Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers for reviews.
